Amy & Jason Married! | GWP Atlanta Weddings

We had such a great time with Amy and Jason on their engagement shoot, so we were so excited for wedding day to come! It was such a great day and Emory Conference Center was a fabulous place to host the event. Amy was so sweet as she was getting ready and it was so nice catching up about everything weddings. (I also loved that her future sister-in-law was a softball player at FSU!) Jason was as cool as a cucumber and hanging with the guys. Gregg and I were excited to work with one of our favorite planners, Lisa Milko and her team from Event Perfect! They were on point as always, and we just loved the pops of color they incorporated.

Bridget & Braden Married! | GWP Weddings

One of my favorite parts of being a photographer is the chance to meet so many fabulous people. For example, Bridget and Braden. They are not only an amazing, loving couple, they are a blast to be around and have a great attitude. (Something the camera loves!) We met Bridget and Braden at the Atlanta Bridal Extravganza, then photographed an awesome engagement session and even had a chance to take photos of thier sweet puppy Shenanigans! When their wedding rolled around, We felt like we were just having a nice day with great friends! It was such a blast and all the details they incorporated were so special. Each centerpiece at the reception had a special meaning to them and truly represented them as a couple. Did I mention how I love details??

We love when clients become friends and couldn’t have been happier to be there on your big day Bridget & Braden! Enjoy the photos!!

Shannon & Alex Engaged! | GWP Engagements

Shannon and Alex are awesome. By awesome I mean, in the first 5 minutes of their engagement session, Gregg and Alex were talking sports and Shannon and I were gossiping about wedding colors. They are truly a match made in Heaven! When Shannon mentioned wanting to do an engagement shoot that reflected their new lives together in Texas (they’re moving there after the wedding in March), Chastain Horse Park was the obvious choice. Shannon grew up riding horses and it seems like a great place to get some amazing photos. Shannon and Alex were so much fun to photograph, but I think the stars of the show were to beautiful horses at the park! We got to pet them and they always managed to pop into the photos at the right time! It didn’t hurt that the light was perfection, also!

We are so excited for Shannon & Alex’s Military wedding this spring at Lake Lanier. If the engagement session was a preview, we are going to have a blast! Enjoy the photos!
